AIU student had his Doctoral Thesis Published - October-23-2018

AIU wants to congratulate one of our graduates, Addis-Alem Belay for his most recent achievement. Addis wrote his thesis on: “The Influence of Leadership Style and Staff Retention in UK Public Sector”, and it has been published.
