The study emphasizes the importance of multilateral cooperation among nations, facilitated by treaties and international organizations such as the United Nations and INTERPOL. By fostering collaboration, sharing intelligence, and harmonizing legal frameworks, countries can enhance their collective ability to prevent and respond to cyber terrorism.
