The objective of the Postdoctoral Program in Communications is a research degree designed to develop knowledge, attitudes, and skills necessary for the graduate to make important contributions to understanding mass communication. The program research represent theories and research methods used by a variety of academic disciplines such as political science, law, communication arts and sciences, history, psychology, education, anthropology, health and human development, and sociology.

Our program does not require every student to study the same subjects and use the same books and other learning materials as every other student.
