COMMUNICATION approach to Customers’ Queries such as the use of open questions, and guiding customers toward the information that will be most helpful. Type of words, inflection, tone and body language.
Digital Marketing Skills: technology quick learner, great people skill, creative-problem solver and persuasive
Library/Documentation Skills: excellent DDC System mgt, cataloguing, documentation, etc.
