I am an energetic ambitious person who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any task that I undertake, or situation that I am presented with. As graduate from Moi University, pursued Business Management, specialized in Banking and Finance. I am excellent in working with others to achieve a certain objective on time and in excellence.

I am an all round performer who when given a task, has the ability to work quickly and efficiently.  I posses a proactive attitude and strong work ethics, sure to make a real contribution to the day-to-day operations of any business. I possess many transferable skills that can be used in a wide section of settings and industries. I have the ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and provide quality service.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Daily update of the bank position in the money markets blotter.
  • Writing of ALCO minutes
  • Receiving customers’ calls and issuing Foreign exchange rates.
  • Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process.
  • Contact prospective customers to present information and explain available services.
  • Explain technical product or service information to customers. Contact current or potential customers to promote products or services.
  • Develop prospects from current commercial customers, referral leads, or sales or trade meetings. Identify potential customers.
  • Make presentations on our products to groups and individuals to attract new clients.
  • Analyze applicants’ financial status, credit risk, and collateral to determine the feasibility of granting loans.
  • Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants’ loan application documents, credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information.
  • Review and update credit and loan files of the client.
  • Compute loan schedules as required.
  • Collect payments when they fall due and remind clients when the payments will fall due.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements with customers who have delinquent loans.
  • Preparing and interpreting own report.

    Corporate Sales Executive Duties

  • Identify, visit potential customers for new business, providing quotations and follow up to close sales
  • Review your own sales performance aimed at exceeding target and give daily and weekly reports on progress.
  • Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends.
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities aimed at increasing our market share through issuing quotations and understanding customer requirements.
  • Record sales as per set targets, negotiating terms, ensure customer service through prompt delivery and responses by email and updating customer database.
  • Ensuring customer’s payment is received on time as per agreed terms of sales.
  •  Compile data and prepare a variety of reports for management and delivering presentations for sales planning and market development

    Admissions Counselor Duties

  • Call prospective students customers using established lead methods.
  • Provide excellent customer service to students through application and enrollment process
  • Handles appointments, interviews and applications in a professional and timely manner.
  • Advises students in program selection, test, advising, registration, etc.
  • Provides general customer service to students from enrollment through graduation
  • Performs consistently to meet or exceed performance targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with enrolled students.
  • Participate in various incentive programs and contests designed to support achievement goals.
  • Meet goals for volume of enrollments and various performance metrics within company guidelines.
