The implementation of new mechanisms aimed at undermining the commercial practices and schemes of other nations have revealed a whole geostrategic landscape that transcends economic and trade issues and illustrates the multipolar dynamics and gravitational forces at play among states today. We will use the economic and trade war between the United States and China as a real-world example to assess the actual impact on the global economy, the development of international trade, and the dynamics of international relations, which will lead us to highlight various current geopolitical tensions
