It’s a great privileged to use this graduation platform opportunity to write on my experience in the last two and half years as AIU student. My academic journey at AIU is indeed a Mile stone success. It was like a dream that could not be actualised at the beginning.
Through Mr. Rene Condon the admission advisor’s persuasion and encouragement, my spirit resonated and felt like entering with possibilities. I quickly discovered that University wasn’t just about education but it is about growth, resilience, and discovery my potential.
This academic journey was not an easy one for an adult like me who has a family of five to be working and schooling at the same time. There were financial and other challenges such as, balancing deadlines, navigating uncertainty, at times feeling overwhelmed and thinking of quitting the program. However, these experiences taught me resilience, and the importance of learning with the support of my family, siblings, lecturers, and friends.
Beyond classes, the AIU offered a vibrant community that allowed me to connect with like-minded individuals who are calling me for job through freelancing, develop new skills, and create memories that I will ever cherish as healthcare administrator.
Finally, I am very grateful for the opportunities I had with the people who made my studies at AIU successful. I would like to use this opportunity to appreciate Dr. Franklin Valcin, Dr. Edward Lambert, Mr. Rene Cordon, Tutor Amiakhor Ejaeta, my supervisor Opoopa Tobi Rotimi, Dr. K.O. Deyganto, all the Management unit, all my lecturers, and course mates. In conclusion, I will not fail to appreciate my family, especially my wife, Mrs Franca Onodiana, my son Prosper, my son Moses, my daughter Gift, my brother Sylvester Onodiana, sister Franca Omo, Mr Ferga Francis Ikpogwi, all my relations and friends. For me, studying at AIU was not just an education, it was a chapter of self-discovery, growth, and connections.
I am taking these lessons with me as a step into the next face of life; and very excited for what lies ahead me. Thank you for taking time reading through my experiences
My regards
