Cary Beatisula, a Doctor of Structural Engineering from the Philippines, is the President of C.H. Beatisula, Inc., specializing in soil testing, structural engineering, and geotechnical engineering. With over 24 years of experience, he is an accredited specialist and Fellow of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE). He has held leadership roles within PICE, including National Director and Secretary. Cary also taught Civil Engineering at Ateneo de Davao University for two decades and now lectures on geotechnical topics. His research focuses on liquefaction assessment, pile capacity, and geotechnical investigations for various structures.

Julia Koifman, a PhD in Special Needs and Inclusive Education from Israel, has over two decades of experience in teaching and education. She currently works as an English coordinator, remedial teacher, and lecturer at Kinneret College, where she teaches engineering students, including those with learning difficulties. Julia has been a self-employed tutor since 1991, offering private lessons in English and Russian. She has also trained young teachers and lectured on in-service courses. With a passion for supporting students with learning disabilities, Julia has published articles on dyslexia, ASD, and preventing professional burnout. Her academic excellence earned her a Cum Laude diploma.

She is the first in Seychelles to complete the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply (CIPS) Level 4 Foundation Diploma, earning a Best Performance Award in 2011. With 31 years of experience in the airline industry (Air Seychelles) and additional roles in public sector management, she now serves as Manager of Procurement and Warehousing at Cable and Wireless Seychelles. Telemaque also lectures part-time at The Guy Morel Institute.

He has participated in urban projects in Pucallpa and various national and international forums. Alarcón has been involved in key civil works, such as the Ancon Industrial Park, and has contributed to urban development projects in Huancayo.

Mental harassment, including bullying, deeply impacts children’s emotional well-being and confidence, often leaving them struggling in silence. Addressing this issue requires expertise, empathy, and effective strategies.
Dr. Brooks Gibbs, a school psychologist, sociologist, and resilience educator, has dedicated his career to equipping youth with emotional regulation and conflict resolution skills. As a master teacher of the Golden Rule, he has reached over 2 million students through 2,500 school assemblies and inspired 250 million people worldwide with his viral training videos. His achievements include working with survivors of the Columbine High School shooting, serving as a chaplain for the American Red Cross, and counseling families through a decade of pastoral care.
A highlight of his career was being awarded Youth Speaker of the Year by the Office Depot Foundation and One Direction, along with a $500,000 grant to promote resilience education across the USA. This initiative resourced hundreds of schools with follow-up programs, creating lasting change.
