Carlos Alberto Rossi will present a conference in Harvard University on June 25th of the Nexus EQ-at the intersection of emotion- neuroscience- learning and leadership.

I was successful and working hard — until I spent 5 days in a deep coma. When I returned to life- I decided it was time to change. To find purpose and to focus on what’s truly important. Now I’m practicing EQ- moment by moment- rewiring the synapses to focus on relationships. Before- I lived for myself first. Now- I’m working to be fully alive and connected with others- and to discover the emotional equilibrium necessary to lead a life in peace.

Carlos is currently enrolled in two Doctorate programs simultaneously; Human Resources and Education. And he is also the President of Realmind Human Resources Consultancy in Ecuador.
