The Master’s degree in Agriculture, Food and Resources provides students with the theoretical and practical tools to develop the professional skills necessary to improve food production and preservation.

Graduates of this master’s degree will have the ability to develop new products, control systems and quality assurance in the food industry by acquiring chemical, nutritional, toxicological and functional knowledge of raw materials and foods.
