This study explores the critical role of usability in the successful implementation of Electronic Health Records (EHRs) within Zimbabwe’s healthcare system. Ultimately, improving EHR usability is essential to realizing its full benefits for healthcare efficiency, workforce wellbeing, and patient outcomes in low-resource settings.
