My experience at the Atlantic International University, an online
distance learning institution, as a student of Master of Business
Administration with Major in Project Management is long journey entails with
obstacles, challenges and above all, personal and goal achievements.
When I enrolled exactly on Thursday,
October 3rd, 2020. I never knew the big challenges waiting for me
ahead. That of going back to school to re-study and achieve a Master. The last
time I entered the University lecturing hall was in September 1997, when I was
writing my final year exam of Bachelor’s Degree in International Economics. It
has never occurred to me that I will return back to school for studies. Because
after my graduation at the university, I had to search and apply for Job
openings so as to able to support and provide financial assistance to my mum
and my siblings.
I started working in year 2000 (refer
to my Resume), after several years working with diverse companies; audit firm,
Micro-finance Institutions, International Organizations, volunteering with VSO
JITLOEE Kenya and leading the Fuller Center For Housing Bamenda Cameroon (as
CEO/Founder). I thought it was the right time to advance or move to the next
level with my professional career to attain senior positions and leadership.
Acquiring more skills, expertise and greater professionalism advancement will
be a personal fulfillment and dream realization.
That is when, I started to search for
online distance learning universities which could response to my goal. After
several online search, I couldn’t find any suitable for my choice. “one
faithful morning”, as I logged into to my mail box (Yahoo Mail), I found an
advert on the scroll yahoo mail bar about Atlantic International University, an
online distance learning.
I clicked on the site to view what
they offer. I suddenly realized that was what I was I looking for and got it.
Without hesitation I registered with the University website and that is where
the long journey began.
To give a vivid description about

will first of all say, AIU is a reference distance learning institution for
both adult learning and youth.
AIU = Bridge

the satisfaction and evolution of the world. Whether you are looking for
undergraduate, graduate or postgraduate online programs. AIU will support you
to achieve your goals as they did with thousands of their international Alumni.
Here are three fundamental points which highlight this assertion;

methodology increase access, sustainability and affordability.
back to the long journey and experience at the AIU during my studies, I will
say the beginning wasn’t easy to receive countless assignments and having
deadline to submit them. After all I did my best to meet up with the support
and mentoring of AIU tutor Carmen Vazquez, Dr. Edward Lambert and Dr. Franklin
For the purpose of recognition, let me seize this
opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Franklin Valcin (Academic
Dean/President), coordinator (Dr. Edward LAMBERT), my tutor (Carmen Vazquez) and advisor (Dr. Jack
Rosenzweig) for their remarkable contributions during my studies at the AIU, as
well as for their constructive and skillful guidance and corrections inputs to
make sure that the Final thesis meets the required standards.
To conclude, I wouldn’t have realized my goal, objective and
dream without being part of AIU’s dream. That of:
Bridge for their
students to achieve their goals
To be a higher learning
institution concerned about generating cultural development alternatives likely
to be sustained in order to lead to a more efficient administration of the
world village and its environment; exerting human and community rights through
diversity with the ultimate goal of the satisfaction and
of the world.
The empowerment of the
individual towards the convergence of the world through a sustainable
educational design based on andragogy and omniology.
Sincerely, Andreas Angu
