Dear AIU,
I am pleased to say that I completed my BSc with a GPA that achieved Cum Laude results. I started this degree
with dreams and wondered if I’d be able to finish being a full time employee, wife and mother, but I completed
my degree.
I think that the best part was that I was able to research whatever I wanted, to learn what I wanted to learn and
what I was interested in. I found that I had diverted a little from what I planned to study as my interests were
piqued by different things that I had learned.
My experience at AIU grew me as an individual, taught me patience and appreciation for things I had not
previously understood. I have learned so much in my chosen studies and I wish I could continue studying –
words I would never have uttered in the past!
The staff at AIU are attentive and supportive when you need them, they stick to their promise to get back to you
within a certain time and I had a sense of caring and understanding. Particularly in the beginning they were
attentive when I felt panicky about what to do when.
I enjoy working on my own and my support team left me to do just that but were there when I needed them and
even called me when I seemed to be too quiet and overdue on assignments.
I’d like to thank everyone at AIU for the support and encouragement offered. I always felt like ‘I can do this’.
