Osbert Grey has been appointed as the Chief Engineer in Jamaica where he will be responsible for providing sound technical advice and opinion on the execution of the organization’s functions as well as general technical support and services to the organization. We are sure that he will exceed expectations as he has throughout his studies with AIU.
Osbert graduated with a Masters of Engineering with a Major in Construction Engineering and Management. His thesis was based on: The Jamaica Debt Exchange: Did it Slam Dunk the Residential Mortgage Rates on the Island in the Short Term Period?
