AIU’s Bachelor degree in Human Resource goes one step further by allowing students to study and research multiple key areas of computer science to develop a unique foundation of practical knowledge and computer science theory. The field of labor relations covers the relationship between the management of a company and its unionized employees.

The labor relations staff interprets and administers contracts with respect to grievances, wages and salaries, employee welfare, health care, pensions, union and management practices.

Our program does not require every student to study the same subjects and use the same books and other learning materials as every other student. If you are a purpose-driven individual who wants to elevate their life and make a solid contribution to the world, then this program is for you.
